The Maryland Transit Administration Notification 1/15/2025
Update - Issue has been resolved.
The Maryland Transit Administration is aware that some riders with Android devices are experiencing issues with purchasing and displaying CharmPass tickets. This appears to be an issue isolated to Android phone users with one specific version of the app. MTA is working with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Android riders will still be able to use bus and train service until the situation is resolved by displaying the blank Ticket page of their CharmPass account.
